About the course

We are extremely happy to announce 11th edition of Poznan Summer School of Bioinformatics that will take place on 6-10 July 2015. This year the course will cover analysis of RNA data, including such subjects like next-generation sequencing of transcriptomes (RNA-Seq), small RNAs discovery, long non-coding RNAs as well as secondary and tertiary structures of RNA molecules. The course is suitable both for beginners and for those who already have some basic knowledge in bioinformatics and find it necessary and interesting to learn more about bioinformatics applications in RNA studies.

The course consists of lectures and hands-on - this combination should fit best your needs as you have a chance to try out the discussed methods yourself. The following topics will be covered:

This year's topics
